here come the ant's

time to get the ant traps out. with all this rain and now nice weather I am finding them pretty active in the house. The cords of wood behind the house doesn't help either.

The weather has alos been great for ticks. I spent the better part of an hour taking deer ticks off my dogs last night, after they went for a romp though the woods. Pretty sure we got them all.

What's the best Terro product to use for ants? Cups , the spray , etc? Whats the best to treat a spot and whats the best to get a colony and what's the best to put up a perimeter guard?

I just use the pre-baited traps and it seems to stop the problem pretty fast. Never used the perimeter product.

Thanks. I get a problem every year when it first starts to warm up. My guess is that's a good time to use the poison since its likely it will get carried back to the nest and consumed rapidly.

Yup! Killed a big black fattie today! Gotta spray and powder and all the other things that never really seem to help!!!:wall::wall:
