Apparently the body of an early 20's male was found an hour or so ago along the bay near where I live. Not sure of any other details .

That's awful, John.

You can always tell when there's a body in the Sakonnet because we have to move the furniture back on the hardwood floors.

Once I woke up at 2am and it was daylight in my bedroom.

Bless those coast guard crews, and the family...regardless of the situation.

I heard from a likely reliable source that it it was not foul play or anything, just misfortune.

Spence - don't usually get the spotlights here but can often hear the CG choppers working back and forth. The *Hawk series has a pretty distinctive sound. About one out of five times it might be the Army.

WARWICK, R.I.—The state Department of Environmental Management said Monday that a body that washed ashore in Warwick over the weekend is that of a missing shellfisherman.
Chester Kidd, 48, disappeared in November when his boat sank south of Warwick Point...

...It [ the body ] was found by a passer-by.
The medical examiner identified the body as Kidd’s.

I just read the write up in Pro Jo .

Twice in the short report ,they went out of the way to mentioned something in this mans life that had nothing to do with losing his life in the bay . not once ito my knowledge was this ever reported @ any time or place in the days surrounding the initial search .
