Let it dry slow

Forced drying of unfinished wood is a big mistake it will warp and crack the wood and weaken it's structure. Finshed wood's coating not only protects it but keeps it's shape let it dry in a place with a steady temp so the water is naturaly pushed depending on the size of the wood will dpend on the tim. My advice start a new plug for a while.
