Downloading Adobe Flash Player
I was on the Forbes Website and wanted to watch some of the executive interview videos they have, but they require the latest Adobe Flash Player to view the videos ... there is a button to "click here" to download the flash player, but when I do that ... nothing happens.
Do any of you guys have any ideas of what I am doing wrong? There's no button requirning me to pay anything so not sure why I am getting nothing. thanks for your help. Andy |
go to adobe.com there will be a place to "click" for Flash.
I did but the same thing happened ... nothing ... I clicked download, it had a few systems running but nothing is on my hard drive and I still cannot access the videos ...
What browser are you using? I just did it from Firefox (again) and worked fine.....also in IE but had to manually allow the ActiveX (see next)
I know what's going on: when you click to install do you see a yellow bar near the top of the browser screen? If so click on it and say "allow"....the activeX function needs to work for installation.
Yeah - not sure if it's my computer or IE - but I accessed it through FireFox, but I still needed to press the "allow" button, but it did the download. thanks for the direction.
