Anyone get the new 4G?

I just updated my 3g to the ios4.. That being said, my phone will not remember the site or vice versa.. I have to log on every time.

THe new OS is awesome.

Ya know what's awesome is now you can use your iPhones 3G to get internet on your laptop via bluetooth Now we can have internet anyplace in the world.

Waiting for the Jailbreak to be figured out before I upgrade :tooth:

Try another web browser.

Bigfish could be stealing your cookies. Check the cookie settings.

you cant pull the battery on the iphone, nor can you change browsers..... no cookie settings either. hmmmm

The same happens to my phone regarding logging into the site. I found that opening an application such as ebay somehow removes the password on S-B site and others. Other apps have no effect. Nebe retrace the actions that let to this problem to isolate the culprit..

Have not done it yet with my 3g. Buddy did and lost all his apps and contacts. Seems to be a common problem. I'll wait a while to see if they get the bugs out.

Eben...under the settings folder of the 3g tap safari. At the bottom is the clear cookies cache etc button. Maybe try that might help.

Not on a normal iPhone. Apple won't let other browsers run on it (though you can get a crappy version of Opera on it)

If you hold the on/off and home button for 20 seconds it will do a cold shutdown,m then you can restart it. You can also let the battery go completely dead

its fine. I dont mind logging on every time. I have tried pushing the double buttons... no luck. This is an issue with ios4.. Youll see when you uprgrade.
