For got one place, make sure you have your own close encounter of the 1st kind: Devil's Tower! Also make sure you visit one of the buffalo parks in the area of the Black Hills.

A couple pictures from my files. Look at the cars to date....it was Aug when we drove across one time and only 105degs!
