lost somewhere between southern Maine and soco

My mojo :( if anyone finds it I'd be extremely greatful for its safe return :(

Steve K 07-08-2010 10:48 AM

Mine is lost too between PI and BI.

JFigliuolo 07-08-2010 11:08 AM

It took a while for you to realize, but I have, indeed, kidnapped your MOJO.

Ransom has been set at 2 plugs, one each of your mackeral pencils and surfsters. Do not call the authorities... do not try to trace this post.

You have 48 hours.

ThrowingTimber 07-08-2010 12:51 PM

I'm going to become an out of shape fat guy and just yoyo over schools of slob bass. Not like there's any difficulty involved :)

I don't know if it was yours or mine, but I stepped in it last night!:biglaugh:
Oh wait, you said Mojo, right?
Nevermind, it was just goose "pellets" :biglaugh::rotf2::biglaugh:

JohnR 07-08-2010 02:46 PM

Probably divulging a confidence here but I got a txt from TT at 12:52am this morning (he being a couple miles east of me at the time)

"We're giving the lobsters pet names"

:rotf2:

Me, I did not find Victor's mojo this morning.

Slipknot 07-08-2010 03:40 PM

I'll keep an eye out for it for ya Vic

you should have never sold your 1209:smash:
always keep your mojo

a trick I have done is buy something used from a real good fisherman to try to capture some of his mojo
like buy an old headlamp from redlite or something,
you didn't give away anything recently did you?

Pete F. 07-08-2010 04:08 PM

I'll be in NH tomorrow night, I'll keep an eye out for it.

Clogston29 07-09-2010 06:46 AM

i'll be up in southern maine this week, i'll take a look around for you. i haven't caught a fish in weeks (having a baby will do that to you I guess) so I don't know if i'll even recognize it if I see it.

bassballer 07-09-2010 07:07 AM

i laid my mojo under the subfloor in my kitchen.

JFigliuolo 07-09-2010 07:46 AM

JR...most won;t know Teddy...that man is as quiet and under the radar as they come.

I've still got Billy's...err..#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&'s old cooler rack (one night it held his 50 from Nappatree) sitting in my yard right now. I 've already sucked all the mojo off that bad boy but still won't get rid of it.

ThrowingTimber 07-09-2010 08:48 AM

Going to lasallette shrine tonight to say a quick novena then light a candle. I had the Moses cast going in the other night :( breaking fish. Cast to them they split like the red sea. I may just have to content myself witj being the teams water boy and monster eel wrangler this year.

My contention is, too much hunting for tang, and not enough hunting for Holsteins. This album could help with both.

Dad 818 07-09-2010 10:23 AM

I must have lost mine in the divorce :smash: And it's what I miss the most. :fury:

Mojo

Adam_777 07-09-2010 05:43 PM

I never had any but now it sounds like you guys are starting to feel like me.I feel bad for you guys.I know it sucks.Last time out I prayed for a bluefish and got a skunk.Haven't been out in at least a week.Full depression has set in.I may go to the store and buy a striper filet and beat myself upside the head with it.

numbskull 07-09-2010 08:45 PM

Try looking at Cutty and use a teaser.

If you do the yoyo thing don't forget your color sounder. It more than replaces any missing mojo. Just duck through Quicks (you won't need a GPS, just follow the lights of the other 25 boats ahead of you), past Gay Head, run about 160 degrees for 3-4 miles and join the fleet. There will be 4 groups on the various humps around Old Man. Unless it is a Sunday of course, in which case it is not worth burning that much gas and you can just work the 90ft hole off Devils Bridge (short scup are the ticket there, although baby seabass are worth a try too). If the DEP is there, just make a left and duck behind Squibnocket, or go right and do the ledge S of Noman's. Don't forget your 13 foot gaff, you don't want to look out of place. Enjoy, and don't forget to post some pictures! :uhuh:

Mojo can be regained .. thought you lost your virginity ,, once thats gone its gone ..

Sea Dangles 07-09-2010 09:17 PM

G, the really big ones are rarely on the sounder. But sometimes you just know they're there.

I 'm not sure chunk city will be squatting there this year.

Glad to see you corner the curmudgeon market with independence.

Sure they will, once this heat drives those big fish out of NJ.

People quit on it too early. Just ask Cowhunter.

Pete F. 07-11-2010 12:02 PM

Well I thoroughly searched NH and if that was your mojo I found, it sucks. If you want that one send me a PM.
