On the phone talking about this now... depressing.

I guess when you think about it, it's no different than buying two custom plugs. Still dreading throwing that kind of money into the canal.

Their was a trip in my past with ODMike..
 
When I did fall victim to the sea, I completely understood my "magic plug" had been judged unfair and taken from me. I am now suspicious of my reel because it was the tool that enabled it's release. But the pain was suddenly replaced with sorrow for ODMike loosing the fish of the day that hit a sand eel he had made which, to make it worse was also his last one. What a trip:lama:

As much as I say it, I can't believe that every three casts I caught a keeper on the jointed swimmer. The first bass that hit the sebile and almost ripped the rod out of my hand! Every striper I caught on that lure was a keeper! It was tough handing that lure back to Ed...

Are these accurate Ed? I tried to clean up the ends and make them more tapered. I think the colors are right!
