stinky
I can't seem to get that dead fish smell out of my bilge, especially with this humid weather. I have flushed it out every time in but it is lingering and would like to do something about it before the wife and daughter get a whiff, if I ever decide to let them aboard. There has to be something to pour in there as it is not accessible to scrub out except where the gas tank is and that isn't coming out right now. Thanks. P.

Dump a gal or 2 of grease lightning down there.

you could also try lemon juice

2o% bleach, 80% fresh water. Let it sit for 20 minutes and drain it where it won't kill any grass

After cleaning my fish cooler i would sprinkle a few drops of vanilla extract in the box if i expected sweetie to put grub in there also. Gives your boat that after shave smell. Well maybe not but at least you wont puke

Had that problem in my tin boat....pogies under the floorboards. The smell goes away....eventually.

done, put in plug, mixture of bleach and water, let it sit for a couple hours , pull plug and let drain, rinse out and it is good as new. Thanks guys for all the ideas. Now to stink it out again.
