Cod Charter Recommendation

As we were watching the snow flying this afternoon, me and a couple of buddies hatched a plan to charter an offshore cod daytrip for up to 6 people. Can anyone recommend a decent sized boat (28+ feet preferred) that is clean and well maintained with a knowledgeable and courteous captain and crew. We don't want to break the bank if we don't have to, but we are willing to pay a premium if doing so gives us a better shot at a good experience. We can be flexible regarding where we launch from (we live in the Worcester area), but figured our best bet was somewhere on the north shore or coastal NH. We can also be flexible about a date, although truth be told, I'm jonesing pretty bad for a fix (despite Got Striper's best efforts to satisfy my bottomless appetite for time on the water this winter), and sooner would be better than later.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer me.

I've heard good things about Kevin Twombly on the Kayman Too at Cape Ann Marina in Gloucester (same place as the Yankee Fleet). The cod are handy to shore this time of year.
