They're starting to figure it out...

national news today....making the connection between the Seals and the Great Whites.

Summer of Shark Sightings - ABC News

HookLine&Sinker 08-01-2010 06:51 PM

i dont really think they needed a scientist to figure that out....

Raven 08-01-2010 10:03 PM

humans taste better than seals

SurfCaster413 08-01-2010 10:14 PM

Slipknot 08-02-2010 06:48 AM

I don't get it
I've never seen or heard of anyone studying, following with planes, tagging by stabbing with darts or generally harrassing seals like they are doing to the sharks.

When are they going to track the migrations and find the reasons the seals are here:yak5::smash:

:wall:

that's because they cannot be trained to do tricks
like giving big sloppy kisses at sea world. :hs:

Ahhh - just inspired a new Front Page

The Dad Fisherman 08-02-2010 08:26 AM

You guys are missing the point....they finally put the 2 + 2 together so the general public can understand.

The Sharks are here because the Seals are here.....in an "easy to understand for the moron on the beach" format....right on Good Morning America.

Might wake a few more people up to the problems created by the seals

MAKAI 08-02-2010 10:09 AM

Wanna buy some beach toys cheap.
Now the green mountain living, granola chewing, birkenstock wearing, pith helmet donning, bad teeth, non showering, uber liberal, earthy crunchy Gaia disciples will be driving their fryolator fat burning sh*tboxes to the cape as the new tourist base.

Angels and ministers of grace defend us.

do the Math, and watch Mother nature clean the slate.

they come around every 50-55 years............:uhuh:

protect the seals, seal reproduce, more seals more sharks. NBC has an 'expert' that said that more sharks are seen this summer because of the unusual heat. That does not explain last year, when it was cool.

Glad ABC got the memo. If Mass says go kill some seals, I will bring my 30-06 and my fishing rod.

Rockport24 08-02-2010 11:35 AM

seriously, the seals have been out of control for a while now, why can't we hunt them again?

tattoobob 08-02-2010 11:37 AM

The orv access road to high head has been full of people Walking on, trying to drive onto High Head is a nightmare

Once the seal watchers get out to see the seals most cross the stay back fence and signs down to the water line someone is going to get hurt by seal then they won't be so cute

2 sharks spotted off the back beach in Truro last Thursday
