What exactly will the forum be? I was thinking of going to the RI meeting, but honestly, how much of a "voice" will recreational anglers have? will they give one person 2 minutes to represent all anglers? Ive seen things like this go bad quick... many times, it's just a window dressing formality to appear as if they care about your input before they go ahead and do what they have already decided to do anyway...

Numbers count. So a room with one or two speaking plus 100 people in the background supporting an issue will have a LOT more weight than one or two speaking with 4 people in back, which is what usually happens.

I've seen enough times that it has worked to convince me that is worthy to do.

Agreed... does anyone know who will be speaking on our behalf?

I'm sure RISAA folks will be saying something at RI. If someone from S-B wants to say something that a lot of us can get behind, I'm OK with it. If people want me to say something keep in mind I usually stammer and stutter speaking in front of large groups (not a good public speakah)
