Bloo,I've had plenty of pogies and scup come back like that. The one that ate TO's bass, different story. Looked like it ran into a guillotine. That was an unnerving night to be in da surf!!!

We've had some legit 10 to 15 pound blues off Newport lately.

basswipe 08-19-2010 02:19 PM

No one and I mean no one can plug up bigger and more searobins than me!

I'M THE SEAROBIN KING DAMMIT!!!!!!:rotf2:

Holds the potential for seeing some 20 to 25 pounders by late November. Been almost 15 years or more since I've seen blues at 22 to 23 pounds. They are fun to catch.

BostonFisher 08-20-2010 12:57 PM

There went those fillet's! lol

MarshCappa 08-22-2010 08:45 AM

Holy Chit! I can see why you hate them so much when you trying to target something else and that happens!

striprman 08-22-2010 08:02 PM

sea robin fillet is tasty.

paradoxjim 08-23-2010 03:59 PM

And you notice, the culprit didn't mess with the robin. It prefers finer dining!
