Looks like they are going after the manufacturing process. I'll continue pouring my own weights and jigs.

We should be glad that it is not targeted just at lead use in fishing equipment. Having the gun guys involved will provide an organized approach. If it were left to us disorganized fishermen, it'd be game over.

wow.. thats much like putting no parking signs up around public right aways- you cant close the right of way, but you can stop people from parking there... much like if we cant ban guns, we might as well ban bullets.

Or if you can't ban fishing you can ban fishing lures :rollem:

yup.. the state rep for my bowclub says this is a federal attempt to shut down gun clubs and ranges.

Sort of like how obama hid his assault weapon (ban) agenda, under the "urban policy" link on whitehouse.gov
