I don't know where you're getting your "Facts" from, unless you only believe the lowest numbers thrown around for the Iraq costs but: Q+A-Cost of Iraq, Afghanistan tops $1 trillion | Reuters "The lion's share of the spending -- $747.3 billion -- has been allocated to the war in Iraq since the U.S.-led invasion there in 2003." The Costs of War - NYTimes.com "At the same time, the Congressional Budget Office has estimated that the United States Treasury spent about $700 billion on military operations in Iraq between 2003 and 2010." That also doesn't include the massive health care costs for wounded soldiers, their families and the immeasurable cost of the 4400+ dead. Even FoxNews is using the $700 billion number. FOXNews.com - CBO: Eight Years of Iraq War Cost Less Than Stimulus Act And also in that story, "The projected cost of the stimulus, which passed in February 2009, and is expected to have a shelf life of two years, was $862 billion." Looks like you need to do a little fact checking of your own. So, as is typical buckman, you're the one that is wrong. Next time you're going to call me out, at least provide something to back it up. Thanks for playing. |

I don't watch Fox. The stimulas bill (bills) will cost trillions with interest. In the end I feel the war will be worth it. The stimulas?.....not so much |

Anything to support where "Trillions" comes from? We're pretty much at the end, was it worth it? |
