is a nuke plant being built there?

been a while since i drove through there and i saw two ginormous concrete cooling towers on the waterfront.

I think they are cooling towers for the Brayton Point power plant, which is coal powered.

I hadn't gone North in a while and was definitely curious when I caught sight of them. Not sure why they chose such a large structure though, you'd figure by now they'd found a structure to cool water down that wasn't quite so tall.
