Saltwater Edge and USPS great service
 

Excellent service from both Saltwater Edge and USPS. Needed a new pair of Korkers and a surf bag due to a recent accident.

Made an internet order at 9:40 AM on Friday and arrived at my house at 10:45 AM on Saturday. This was using the standard free shipping.

Their shipping is silly fast as it Cape cod tackle. WHen you need something in a pinch those two places get the job done.

both places are great. I just ordered some plugs from the edge and can't believe the free shipping. it is great.

I wouldn't buy a swivel from that shop.

I spent $1200 on 2 rods and a reel. One rod had some issues before it was even fished ( I should have noticed it at the shop) They told me the rod was shipped back to Lami for repair. I waited 2 months to get the rod back only to find out that Lami never recieved or repaired it. It sat in their storage for 2 months as they told me Lami had it when they knew for a fact they never even sent it to Lami.. Piss poor if you ask me. And no I didn't play tuff guy or even call them to bitch as it wouldn't have fixed what happened. I just said I would never do business with them again. They actually called me and said my rod finally came back from Lami and was all set.

New Shipping Policy
 

Glad to see some taking advantage of the new shipping policy. We're going to try and make it even a little better by offering free UPS Ground service (better tracking) in most instances. USPS does move on Saturday so for friday orders that may still be the best option.

As evidenced by this thread, The SWE and Edge Angling still isn't perfect and we do make mistakes (as we're sure some here have experienced). We're working hard over here to improve and dedicate our resources directly into improving service and customer experience. The new Free Shipping over $25 (used to be over $150) is an example of this approach.

Thanks again to everyone for their support and feedback both positive and negative. All of it helps us to improve.

SWE is the bomb. :claps: There rewards points system is also great, any idea if your going to do a deal where you get 20 points per dollar again? That was awesome...:humpty:

I placed an order at 11:30 on Monday, on it's way to NJ right now with free UPS shipping, scheduled for delivery today, awesome job by SWE:uhuh:
