Why don't they tattoo the organ responsible for spreading Aids or Herpes so that people don't spread the disease as easily?
It would only be the organs that have been tested and shown to contain the disease.

Because that organ would be painful to get tattooed - cruel & unusual punishment...

Perhaps there is a dye that could be used?

Why don't hey just cut it off or sew it up that would solve the problem

Attach a small vial of nitro to it.
Any shaking or violent motion, or increased heat would sovle both sides of the problem in one blast regardless of who the partner is. :biglaugh:
