eel questions

After reading the OTW article on eels i had a few questions for the experienced fishermen on the forum. Does anyone use eels during the day or is it a strictly nightime thing? I noticed in the article in the rigging section no mention was made about weights. Is that how most rig them? Has anyone had any luck with the berkley power bait rigged eel? Thanks again.

The "How to" forum has lots of good info - I think this will be helpful for you

Eels work better in deeper water by day.

Lots of guys cast them by boat along rocky shores by day and do quite well.
