if I had only those two to choose from and was not able to trade or pick some other RB up, I'd have to go with Sproles unless you get points for return yardage.

i can get points for return yardage. i got porked with rb. lucked out with darren mcfadden who might be the sleeper fantasy pick of the year. most of the guys available for pick up are junk too.
