I thought he was a lot slower than he used to be:confused: don't we have enough small quick receivers? we need a burner down field as fast as Slater, I wish he could catch

Sometimes they have lost some top end raw speed to age but may have gained a little talent at shaking receivers with cuts , fakes etc as they got more experience. An awful lot also depends on how they click with the QB. It will be interesting to see him perform in the first few games.

I hope something gels with these guys soon because right now they look like the weakest team we have had in many years. There is potential for much improvement in the whole team if some of the newbies can elivate the way they play their rolls. Lets hope they get it together like the 2007 Giants who started weak but really got their act together in the last 5 to 6 games.

Edelman.......Welker clone....was actually a QB in college
