Need Powermatic switch

Need to replace switch on Powermatic tablesaw. Anyone know a good supplier of such parts? Been spinning wheels on this one for a couple weeks. Thanks.

Ross... alot( not all) of those switches can be disassembled and cleaned, the contacts tend to get welded from use of extension cords that are too small to handle the amperage... a little sand paper or an emmery board usualy fixes the problem..

Standard Electric carried them at one time... once i learned to repair them... I havent bought one since...

First Electric motor in Woburn may be able to get you one as well...

Thanks, Joe. I'll try cleaning it today. Lord knows I have the time..... (I use heavy cords in the shop too,)

I'm sure you do... some times it's not the cords fault, you may have other thing running on the circuit and the circuit is maxed just short of overload.. and then there is the dust... not that any of us would make any.. good luck.. if it cant be taken appart or cleaned I'll check my rolladex and find the the number for first Electric for tou..
