Rattle Can QUESTION ?
Been using KRYLON for a while, now my supply is low an just picked up some more :smash: BUT the SPRAY CAPS are not the same , they have an EAZY TOUCH 360 DIAL:fury: GREAT for all around spray BUT SUCKS for DETAIL QUESTION IS---> does any RATTLE CANNER out there know if they make a REGULAR CAP for the new cans:confused:.
GOOD LUCK GOOD SPRAYIN:uhuh: |
Cant ya use a cap off a old can?that's what I always do.Unless your talking about a fat cap (one of those white caps with no tube on the bottom),I used to work for a place that used a spray cleaner with no tube on the bottom, I raided those caps and that what I use now for detail in place of fat caps.

Same problem with Rustoleum a couple years ago. Hard to do nice work anymore. I bought some of the grafiti caps and they did nt fit.

Charleston, I was playing the the caps, an pulling the CENTERS OUT,
an trying different ones. then it HIT ME:smash: if you look at the white spray swivel that the paint shoot out:fury: it has 2 bumps on it:fury: that SPLAYS the paint :wall: well I sanded them down:uhuh: an now it's like a REGULAR spray, so Im sanding them all down an wont worry about that wide spray any more. got a Wonderbread to do this week an will use the sanded caps on it :uhuh:so if you want to keep using KRYLON w/ thoes SWIVLE CAPS:uhuh: Id try sanding them CAPS DOWN, try it. you might like it:jump1:will post pic when done. GOOD LUCK GOOD SPRAYING:bounce: P.S. fine sand just a little the try spraying then sand more till your satisfied. DONT sand all the way it will make the HOLE bigger an more paint will shot out. |
