Wire.
 

I was wondering if anyone knew what type/size of wire is used in making Snaps, such as Berkley cross-Lok, Sampo whatever. I have some ideas for a new design (Lure connector) and need to know what would be the correct wire to use. I know it is not the same as the wire used in making plugs but that is about the extent of my knowledge on the subject. I would appreciate an education in the subject, so feel free to expound to your hearts content.
