Jointed swimmers
 
do you guys use wieghts in them or just use them as is? and if you wieght them down where do you place the wieght and what style of wieght do you use?

Search under "jointed" or "masterlure". There are a number of threads on this. Most carry a belly weight or tail weight in the rear of the front section. You do not need to weight them if you make them out of maple (they almost sink as it is).
