Plug ID?
 

Looks very close to a CCBS Pikie, but notice the center belly weight, any idea? There is some distortion in the pic, the plug is thin 6 3/4" x 1 3/8".

Tough to tell with the distortion but I'd say it's a Bob Hahn plug. He used those same grommets and eyes on his pikies.

A38 grommets from Fastner Supply, eyes available at most craft stores, hard to say. Where did you get it? Nice sea robin pattern too :)
