Montauk, too late ?

Anyone know if there are still fish around there ?
Been thinking about taking a long ride for a few more casts.

Might get lucky and find fish on herring.

The more consistent fishing is west of Montauk. Nothing really big. 25 lbs at best. Lots of action if you find them. I'm hoping the herring show up soon . We'll probably see fish well into December, barring any extended cold snaps or snowstorms.
