Where did you find that photo of Slow Eddie?

What was the fishing / crash like back then - any records or info?

Already been repeated once and we're in the process of repeating it again.

I could see that as being Photoshopped. First off, it's from Nebe so there is automatically an air of suspicion for no other reason than it is Nebe :devil2: . Second, this would be two crashes ago and it would be claiming yet a prior crash. There may have been a prior crash but who was fishing it? There wasn't the impact / number / pressure of today's angler on the fish then, right?

Definitely photo-shopped, but the sentiment is right on.

Dude, it's you posting it :rotf2:

Seriously, message aside, the image looks suspicious enough.

One hundred years ago, bass had essentially disappeared from Mass. waters. The commercial and rod and reel fishery shut down. It took decades before they came back. No one knows exactly why they disappeared, but commercial net fishing was big business.
