New Congress
 

Rep Scott Garret NJ R has introuduce House Rule Res H 1754
to be sure the incoming Congress adheres to the constitution in it's legislation.

"His Reform would require every Bill considered on the House floor
a statement appropriately siting specific powers granted by the constitution
as a basis for enacting the law. "

If it's introduced and passes we will see, but what a great way to start out a new Congress.
Interesting to see who opposes it.
