Way to go I Team !!!!!! Google these people .. They are on Facebook too .. They are trying to close Plymouth Long Beach, where thier summer home is, under the guise of being bird lovers . They sell calenders and ask for tax deductible donations to raise funds to shut down the beach . Only Plymouth Long Beach where there summer home is .

This foundation is 3 people ,,, San Francisco millionare Cate Muther , her husband Dennis Aftergut, and Scott Heckler who is in report . scammers .. here's the facebook page ..
Welcome to Facebook |
I'm really tweaked over two things by this topic.
One, the seemingly optical rectumitis suffering people that will go through such means to exclude others, and second, the fact that we had a previous topic on this that has gone missing that I cannot find. If you don't like it, let the taligate hit you in the ass on the way to the airport. |
Nice response to them on Facebook, Tagger. They've been trying to do this for about 10 years. Fortunately, it doesn't seem like they've gotten very far with it.
|
where is Taggers post ......
I wanted to tell them to f themselves & their money ..but there wall leads right to the calender |

I think if there were no birds left on that beach, that person would still fight to have the access closed off. I'd be willing to bet they are more interested in privacy than helping the bird population (I could be wrong though).
From the sounds of it, they are trying to stick everyone in the :bshake: with "their golden rod" |
Disgusting. Everyone should voice their opinions on Tagger's FB post.
I can respect those who fight wholeheartedly for conservation (even though I'm convinced that those fenced-off areas are just coyote buffets. judging by the tracks I've seen), but this is just a sad attempt by a few elitists to keep an entire stretch of land to themselves. |
nice back up on facebook Kevin .. Make note that Goldenrod house pristinely located on the point of Long Beach is Tax Exempt .. Yup they pay no taxes ,, another scam of being a non-profit foundation .. Makes you wonder if this is the only case of this ..
|
If cars shouldn't be allowed on that sandy spit, then houses shouldn't either.. bull doze em and create a wildlife preserve after seizing the land by eminent domain.
|
Id like to smash his face in. Its pretty sad that the town doesn't have enough money to fight them in court. Unreal.:wall:
|
We have gone back and forth with them on Facebook. Many of us asked viable questions ie: where are the facts and who are the people that did the studies. Come to find out it is people they paid. They in turn deleted all of our questions and responses and closed the FB page to comments. They are a joke. GOLDENFRAUD!

Imagine being so selfish! I got to figure these people are in for a "hot foot" treatment when they pass on into the afterlife!

Nahh, they might almost accept that. We want batter and more access, not less and less accessible access. |
special arrows come to mind

More like CIA Ed!!!:uhuh:

I think the best approach would be to rat them out to the IRS.They are losing out on a good deal of tax money, and they can afford to go after these #^&#^&#^&#^&ebags.Anyone know an irs agent?

I just joined the anti Goldenrod group .. cost nothing ..
Name and Address | Plymouth Beach For All Coalition |
I dont want to stir the pot, but do you guys think is is a good thing for the beach?? If this is why people want to keep it open to driving, I would want it closed. I took this off of their facebook page... i am sure they are only using the worst photos that they can find, but does the beach look like this often????

I don't know if it looks like that often Nebe, but I have seen the cape beaches look like that.
supply and demand apparently the demand for space needed for plovers far outweighs the space allowed for humans. The law allows us to share the beach, this is what happens. I want to know if those goldenrod people drive out to their homes(excuse me, I mean research stations) and why aren't the plovers keeping them away too? shouldn't they walk from the lot like we have to out in PTown |

Nebe that picture was taken way back in the 80's before any beach management plan was in place. As were many of the pictures on their FB page. You will never see that beach looking like that again. That was one of the things we challenged them about. They are spewing lies and pictures like that. The Town, Feds and State all approve of the management plan that is in place and they are running out of money to fight them and the constant appeals.
PBAC(Plymouth Beach For All Coalition) is doing a fantastic job digging up the facts. I urge all of you to visit their Facebook page and learn the "backed up" FACTS. We are waiting on the Judges decision to the latest appeal to come any day now. |
