Clear spray paint and etex?

I'm making a foiled spook for a friend and was wondering if there is a clear spray paint that wont yellow when used with etex? I've had bad luck in the past with clears turning yellow after I apply etex. I'll be painting the foil with createx and spraying clear over that so the paint won't fade and foil won't pull up if some etex gets under a seam..

Second question are delta or apple barrel paints compatible with createx?
Thanks

Lacquer.... yes as long as you dont mix the two to change the color.... doing that creats boogers with certain colors.

Automotive clearcoat won't yellow

there is a lacquer I used to use for clearing over whitewash so you wouldn't have to worry about yellowing, called CAB acrylic , I bet the rustoleum clear acrylic enamel does not yellow, but you'd have to be careful of compatibility.

I have no idea about your createx question

thanks for the help guys. i'll give that automotive clear a shot. I wanted to try some delta or apple barrel paints because there cheaper than createx and there's more of a color selection

just be very cautious if you use a 2 part auto clear, it is very dangerous stuff, even the 1 part upol in a can is nasty
