first saturday off in 8 months almost. Christmas shoppin all done but 2 small things for the wife. Finally found the perfect branch to make a walking stick for my little cousin who has become an outdoorsman overnight since going to the cabin for the first time. Think I will sleep late tomorrow, send the $25 bucks for my Christmas gift to myself(custom plug), and detail the walking stick that I am about to prep here in the next few minutes. Just found out his list of favorite animals, all but the seal that can bounce a ball on its nose is goin on the stick, unless I put a wick on the ball

numbskull 12-17-2010 08:37 PM

Please post a picture of the stick.

Pats game Sunday night. I'm pumped. First Pats game at Foxboro for my son. Way overdue. I haven't been to a Pats game since, well, lets just say John Hannah and Steve Grogan were playing.

Sat attending a memorial for John Lee's (Goosefish) father. So sad but John is a good friend and I have to be there for him. Tough this time of year.
Sunday just finishing up some plugs for my 5 favorite nephews.

Of all the weird things I cannot do, I am not allowed to donate blood due to living in Europe in the mid 80s. Hope your son is doing well.

I got the same issue...used to donate blood all the time up until probably 2005....then all of a sudden they wouldn't take it anymore because I was in Europe in '84
