This just appeared on the news shows as well. Something about the superviors ordering the slow down because of budget cuts.

Fire the Bosses whose decision it was to stall the cleanup services
to show how important they are....

the drivers who were obeying orders from the bosses
should be exempt from reprimand.

If they can't be canned, make they shovel th city BY HAND after the next storm. Make it an ALL DAY/ALL NIGHT punishment.
Oh, and make them wear fancy colored safety jackets like the prison work release inmates have to wear.

A Union trying to put the screws to the people they're contracted with??? Can't be so.
