sabiki rod

i go through a rediculous amount of sabiki rigs during the season. do these rods work, do they save the sabiki rigs or do they get trashed anyway? useful tool or just in the way on a small boat

I have 2 they're awesome.
They only fit the small sabikis like harbor pollak/tinker mack size and there very long to store in tight quarters, But they work.

I have two of them as well......I find them to work "ok", Like freak said, Mine only work with small sabikis. The large ones get hung up on the "funnel tip" at the end of the rod.

Make one out of 1/2" or 3/4" PVC. works great.
I caught a 10lb skippy on one jigging at the edge a couple of years ago.

PVC Sabiki Rod - No More Tangles!

yes, but I just used blacktape as the wrap.
I used a nose grommet from a plug as the entry point into the PCV
