what size kicker ?

You think it would take to push a 32'er?
Seriously.

I don't have troll valves, so it's 5 knots in slow ahead with both motors in gear. With one in gear, dragging a parachute, it's slow enough. But no steerage in any sort of wind or current.

Thinking about a small tiller steer 4 stroke hanging off the back on a removeble bracket..

250 HP......:smash:

I wonder how much steerage you would have with a kicker on that size boat? I wouldn't think much at all.
I assume you have tried slowing it down by bottoming out your trim tabs?

Don't matter, there 22x24"props. Nothing slows it down you'll fall over if your not carefull putting them both in gear at the same time. Perfect for tuna but a little fast for bass. Not trying to push it fast just a knot or so. Maybe I'll just drift all spring or put up a sail.

I'll hook a tow line to your bow and keep you under 1.5 kts if you want to split fuel cost !

Adding trolling valves is the only way you can slow her down correctly and still have steering.

You would have close to zero steering with a kicker. You are better off running on one and using the other for adjustments than going through the mess of a kicker. A sock, or bucket etc...is a PIA, and isn't going to obtain what you need either.

You have some big wheels on there.
