VM 150?

What's the poop on this reel?Kinda maybe thinking about it for a lightweight plugging setup.

My big issue is it somewhat comparable to the higher end models or would I just be dropping 4bills on a name?

Saltist 4500 or Saragosa 8000 would be my next choices, both of which I also have no experience.I'm replacing a 10+yr old Spheros which time has come and has served me well but I feel its time to step up.

I think it's bigger than an actual VS-150.Not sure how lightweight it actually is.Saragossa seems popular and has pretty good reviews for simplicity.

If you liked your Spheros reels, the Saragosa is a Spheros on steroids. Many nice upgraded features.

vm 150 is def not lightweight at 22.5 oz. i think the regular 150 is like 14 oz or in that range

Didn't realise it was 22.5oz.That might not balance so well on the rod it would go on.I'll have to stop by SWE and see if they have one in stock and see if feels right.
