oiling line roller

Was wondering,on a spinning reel what do you use for oil on your line roller and how often you oil it.I've had two line roller failures last season.Been using penn syn oil.Could have had a weak bearing in one reel but my other reel doesn't have a bearing,it has fiber spacers.At this point i'm thinking it's the oil.Any sugestions appreaciated.

JR The one with the bearing is a diawa capricorn.The other one w/o bearing is a US240sx.

Just spray the whole &^%%^& reel with WD-40 and you are good to go!

Powdered graphite or "moly- D" lubricant works good for me
