Was a big Ham day at my aunts who had the whole family over. Nice day too so we sat outside instead of in.

Wifey made me put hook guards on every hook..she has hooked herself on my plugs a few times...

We had a spiral cut honey ham that is a favorite of mine... great sandwiches this week...

Same to you! The wife made a fantastic spiral sliced ham yesterday for just the two of us. (a 10 pounder). So we'll be having sandwiches for a while as well. How do you like em? Looking for the best post Easter ham sandwich recipes. I have enough ham to try a dozen different ways.... :-)

Try some ham salad, pretty tasty on sandwhiches. Cube up the ham add some mayo, celery, dijon mustard, salt pepper. You can get as crazy as you want with it, serve on a nice kaiser roll or roll of you choice.

we do a curried ham with rice dish that is great... do a web search for curried ham... cube the ham

Great ideas. Had a ham and pineapple sandwich on a bulky roll. Fantastic. Whoever first thought of ham with pineapple is a genious!
