Good show on the Cape Lifeboats
 

The history channel ran a good show last night on the Cape Cod lifeboats, and they're evolution into the Coast Guard.I think it was part of the "shipwreck" series.
Anyway, it worth watching if you like such stuff.Those guys were something else, they would row out into 40 foot seas to save people for a seamans wage of $3 / day.
I never realized the Cape was such a graveyard either.
I'm sure they'll run it again.
