Fishing Cape Ann
Here we are into the second week of May and the schoolies started arriving last week. The Annisqwam river is a good start for the fly fishermen casting little deceivers in green/white, black/white with a small eye weight fished on the bottom.
The Mac's have been in the harbor the last couple of days. The big fish should be here within the week. :) |
Music to my ears :)

I usually fish flounders along Niles Beach area. Seen gulls working by the coast guard station today and comrants working by fisherman statue. The mackerel nets will be put out soon over Magnolia. I know they have put the anchors out. |
We kept anyting over 14" and the largest was 18". Most were 16-17" with a few dancing around 12".
