Fog fishing rules, keeps them up a lot longer, the only drawback at times is getting back on the fish; thats why they make man overboard buttons on the gps right:).

Funny fog story

We are fishing one morning sitting anchored dunking bait, A boat comes flying by out of the fog, the passenger yells wow this fog is thick how do you know where your going, the driver says don't worry I know this river like the back of my hand then runs right into Badgers rocks and all we heard was crunch and swearing

That happens even when there is no fog....I see/hear at least 5-6 such grounding each season.... back in the late 70's I saw a pair of Mooney boats come thundering up the river right over the top of rocks..... both boats had the lower units litteraly ripped from the engine... I cant tell you how many times I've seen boats anchor on top of the rock pile... only to be sitting high and dry at low tide...

of coarse those guy's are not to be out done by guy's wading the flats in the fog.. more than one of those dudes have needed a "ride" home after gettting confused and underestimating how fast a new moon tide comes back in..

this all provides entertainment when the fishing is slow...I love fog too!
