well i hope they can find Sean one way or another at least for closure
i hate to think that a GW mistook him for a seal. |
He could have got himself tangled in something and ran out of air.
|
The wife and I heard this developing on channel 16 yesterday morning. Very sad...
|
Just got off the phone with Sean's Dad
They are still searching , please send T&P as they need them right now. Regards VB |

Bad news. I knew a guy who used to dive off there. he said the currents were very starnge in that in addition to side to side like we see from shore , the currents there down deep ran up and down. he used to use a wet suit most places but used a dry suit there so that he could have control of his boyancy just by using the buttons on his suit rather than the BC vest alone.
Anyway , in a place like that with sttange current and all manner of wildlife , it could be easy to get in trouble. Lets hope he just got sewpped out but did surface and in his wetsuit he stays warm enough to be found. |
I cannot imagine diving there. It's a scary place.
Any place with that much abundance of sea life and depth change is going to attract apex predators. Not matter of if but when... |
Sad news ,
