The cheapest pair of kids(roundnose) scissors will cut braid like butter. Go to any store and spend a dollar, you'll be happy with them.

I use the kid's scissors too. You could add a little key float and they'll be in business.

Like others have said, kids scissors work great if your pliers wont do the job. Buy a few as some rust faster than others. I preferred fiskas (sp?) from CVS.

Put them on a lanyard and wear it around your neck for easy access.

kid's scissors

um, my knife.

My pliers have a cutter.May clip a pair of nail clippers on a lanyard to my belt or bag.

I think Scissors work best on braid and a nail clipper best on mono.

Nail clippers can work well on braid but not for long.
