Obama presenting himself very well this week.

In one week, Obama is pestering the Queen Of England during the playing of the British national anthem, and then at the memorial service for those killed in Joplin, the guy chews gum the whole time ? Why was he chewing gum, there weren't any lollipops available?

How did this happen? How did we elect this guy? WHo is advising him?
