Help in Boston Harbor???

Hey sharpies in Boston, I need help! I just relocated from NJ (fished the Hook, the Rocks, Rivers and bay) to Boston-went out fishing for the first time around the harbor and the Islands here yesterday and realized I know nothing!

I need:
A good bait shop in Boston and or Quincy
Any local knowledge on GENERAL areas (by boat) that produce
Some fishing buddies in the area

I sold my boat in NJ but joined a boat club here, not ideal but given my work and personal obligations made the most sense...

NO I AM NOT A YANKEE FAN...or a baseball fan for that matter.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks
