More prayers needed AGAIN!!!,
 

Hi All well we thought Bill was finally on the road to recovery, until this morning, he had a rough night as they had moved him out of ICU to a reg room. last night his vitals all went down the tube again,

heart rate went up, BP went way low, white count was double what it was yesterday and abdominal pain again which they kept saying yesterday was gas from his bowel waking up, WRONG AGAIN.

I went to the hospital early as Pam and I being Bill was in better shape were going to go out on the boat for a while but when I called in I got the news that he was not good, and that they were going to do another CT scan on him.

it took us over an hour to get in due to rush hour and when we got in there the nurse that had taken care of Bill all night said they had done the cat scan and she put a call into the surgeon again. when they looked at the CT scan they found a whole in his stomach.

20 min later they had to take him back into surgery, he is so weak right now I just do not know how much more his body can take. They removed a small part of his stomach and he was also full of infection again so they had to clean him out again. They are not sure what caused the Ulcer as it was in the back side and on the top of the stomach.

after 3 more hours of surgery he did OK, and they did not have to put him back on the breathing tube, I just called in and his vitals are still a little on the shaky side and the next 24 hours will determine if he is going to get thru this. I hate to keep asking but please keep praying for him.
I will let you know how he is doing tomorrow.

Poor guy is really taking a beating. I hope he turns the corner again real soon and then stays on the road to recovery.
