boat rod/ reel set up.
 

looking to hook my father in law up with a good boat rod/ reel set up for striper in the chesapeak bay. preferrably spinning, not conventional. probably something for slinging eels/ live lining pogies/ etc. and also trolling. not sure if he'll need multiple set ups. lets hear it. any recs. probably a fathers day gift. thanks.
