HBD - DDG-51
7/4/1991 - USS Arleigh Burke DDG-51 was commisioned.
20 years has flew by, but I'm proud to have been on the commisioning crew. Here are my favorite pictures of this fine ship. March 1993 - going alongside USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) to replenish fuel. It was calmest the seas were during a transatlantic crossing and the gas tank was on 'E' (don't know why the images below give the evil red X ????
