Camping
 

Can anyone recommend a campsite (tent) along the outer beaches than is within a good walking distance to the beaches?

Looking for somthing I can set up at for a couple days in late August that my girl and I can lay on the beach by day and fish it at night?

Anything between Chatham and Truro?

Out by Toro there is a campground but I can't remember the name. Google Toro. How about fish all day and "lay" all night? I know.....my bad. :smash:

If you google "Toro" you'll find plenty of snowblowers ;) ;)

It's called North Truro Camping Area. Bit of a walk but nice campground. Then there is North of Highland Camping Area what is within walking distance of Head of the Meadow Beach. You can go watch all the pretty nice and beautiful little seals out there :wall::wall::wall::wall::wall:

I second North of Highland. There is more life in the water than just seals.

A second on adventure bound c.g. ,they took over hortons ,and will be reopening it gradually.Easy hike to C.G. Truro.Also very quiet.
