Lead ban

Tackle Trade world has a good article this issue regarding lead in fishing tackle. They say that within the next 6 years that lead will be completely banned in any tackle in Europe.

Point is if they say this and do it then you will see this happen here. It's not like they haven't been trying...

FYI the initial ban was .1% lead. That was totally unrealistic. Other metals such as brass etc have lead as part of the alloy...

They changed it to 3% after everyone said whoa because it stopped most paints etc also.

gonna ban those too!... not sure that the cannon ball ban would bother my hobbies, bullets would!
